RON CULLEN (Principle)

Ron Cullen has 35 years of experience in designing and applying practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions. He has designed a diverse array of project types requiring long term durability. With this knowledge, he will bring to our client maintenance saving techniques and low cost construction elements. He has extensive experience in programming and space planning, design, construction documents, cost estimating, ADA requirements, code review, construction administration and is also knowledgeable in the Public Sector Client process. He has worked in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada and Montana.

CIENNA CULLEN

Cienna Cullen has been involved in the design and construction phases of several projects. Her knowledge of 3D modeling will provide practical understanding to complex solutions. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she will also give insight into sustainable products and green building techniques.

DALE NELSON (Principle)

Dale Nelson has more than 14 years of experience as an architect, builder, and project manager and personally oversees every project. Dale has worked for some of the leading architectural firms around the country and is currently the lead architect on several large-scale projects in the northwest. He has a Construction Manager on staff that will provide extensive knowledge of building and the construction process.
