This open shell retail center provides flexibility and exposure while maximizing the site. Developed along a busy street, it included character, landscape amenities and parking. The open shell provided retail space to be designed and constructed according the tenant’s requirements. It is currently occupied by a restaurant, a beauty shop, and a shipping/postage distribution center. It is 14,800 sq. ft. and cost $1,800,000 in 2000. |

This new casino/bar/restaurant recalls the historic prospector cabins. Rough cut wood is visible from the exterior siding and railings to the interior bar and restaurant. Further unique features include: a non-skid floor made with ¼” thick rubber, a “rusted” Cor-Ten roofing, and a dual-line kitchen design to house large catering function simultaneously. This structure was designed in combination with Nelson Architects, and Cullen Architecture & Design was responsible for the layout and design. 2008: $2,300,000 |

To protect against the hot summer sun, these banks were constructed with concrete masonry and a covered promenade. The outside was designed with multiple texture, colors and metal roof to maximize curve appeal and long term maintenance. Inside, the bank’s central core facilitates the patron’s immediate banking needs with the teller windows and the representative divided for easy access. |

A preliminary study for a mix-use structure in the Historic District of Downtown Helena, MT. The design replicated the historic character of the surrounding structures, and includes street level retail, a restaurant, offices and condominiums. The projected building size was approximately 54,000 sq ft. |
